摘要
我国的"双师型"教师队伍建设在经历了"双师型"教师政策嬗变的三个发展阶段——概念提出阶段、内涵深化阶段、系统培训阶段之后,取得了阶段性成果。然而,"双师型"教师教学质量评价却成为制约"双师型"教师队伍建设的关键性因素之一。研究当前"双师型"教师教学质量评价存在的问题和基于网络教学平台管理系统下的"双师型"教师教学质量评价体系构建,能够为"双师型"教师教学质量评价提供帮助。
Teaching quality assessment on ' double-qualified' teachers has already become a key factor that jeopardizes the development of such teachers in spite of the successes made in the construction of the team of teachers of the type after 3 stages,i.e.,idea proposition,connotation deepening and systematic training,in the evolution of relevant policies. Thus,it is necessary to study current problems and the structure of a quality assessment system based on a network teaching platform management system to improve the teaching quality assessment on these teachers.
