摘要
探讨了端羟基低聚环氧氯丙烷与顺丁烯二酸酐的酯化反应条件 ,以对甲基苯磺酸为催化剂 ,通过控制n(顺酐 ) /n(OH) =1.2 ,w(催化剂 ) =2 % ,反应温度为 12 5℃ ,反应时间为 5h ,使端羟基的酯化转化率达到98%。用核磁共振以及红外光谱法分别对羟基酯化反应程度及聚合物结构进行了分析和表征。
The conditions about esterifition of hydroxyl-terminated epichlorohydrin oligomer with maleic anhydride (MA) using p -toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst were investigated. Under the following conditions, Such as n (MA)/ n (OH)=1.2, amount of catalyst=2% (mass fraction), reaction temperature 125 ℃, reaction time 5 h, 98% conversion of terminal hydroxyl group has been achieved. The degree of terminal group coversion and the structure of the resultant oligomer were determined by chemical titration, IR and 1H-NMR respectively.
