颅脑操作能引起凝血功能异常,这种凝血功能异常可加重脑损害,影响病人预后,本文就颅脑损伤后凝血功能异常改变的发生率、发生机制、对机体影响、临床意义及治疗进行综述。
Craniocerebral injuries can cause coagulation abnormalities, which in return deteriorate craniocerebral injuries and affect prognosis of patients. 頽 this article, the authors have summarized the incidence, mechanism, influence on body, clinical signif齝ance and treatment of the coagulation abnormalities after craniocerebral injury.
