摘要
通过对800名不同高校的在校大学生问卷走访,整理出当今大学生毕业流向的选择趋势和影响因素。通过建立logistic模型对影响因素进行整理归纳,在影响大学生毕业流向的因素中发现不同于往年的创新观念。运用经济学、统计学、博弈论和劳动经济学的相关理论进行分析,并从大学生、高校和政府三方博弈的视角辩证地分析问题,给大学生在考研、出国作的选择中找到适合自己的方向,并提出切实可行的合理化建议,逐步实现劳动力市场的供需平衡,逐步解决大学生就业难的问题。
By investigating 800 different college students in school, we conclude the trend and influencing factors of students nowadays who facing the question of choosing to further study or go to work directly. We established the model of logistic about the influencing factors to summarize the factors. Comparing to the past, we find that today’s college students have different creative perceptions .We will give our students,our school and our government, which play the roles in the game, some reasonable advice by using relevant theories from economics, statistics and labor economics to analyze dialectically. We hope to help the students to ifnd their direction which also match them, to achieve the balance of supply and demand of the labor market and to solve the hard problem about the employment of college students gradually.
