摘要
探讨弱激光疗法对于治疗感染伤口的影响。选取我院2014年2月至2015年2月门急诊140例感染伤口患者,随机分为对照组(70例)和观察组(70例),对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用常规治疗联合弱激光疗法治疗。观察两组患者感染伤口的治疗效果。两组患者在治疗7d、24d、21d和28d后,观察组伤口的治疗有效率分别为22.86%、42.86%、72.86%和95.71%,显著高于对照组的8.57%、17.14%、37.14%和72.86%(P<0.05)。观察组伤口平均愈合时间为18.2±6.2天,,明显优于对照组的27.3±5.7天(P<0.05)。弱激光疗法对于促进感染伤口的愈合具有显著作用。
Investigate the impact of Low level Laser therapy infected wounds. 140 cases of outpatient wound infection in Our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 are randomly divided into control group( 70 cases) and observation group( 70 cases),the control group with conventional treatment,observation group with conventional therapy combined with Low level Laser therapy.
