摘要
针对目前传统接触测长固有的打滑、精度低等问题,提出一种新的在线测长方法,利用数字图像处理技术对线结构激光器投射到钢绳表面所形成的图像纹理进行分析,并通过改进的Harris角点算法对图像进行匹配,间接获得运动钢绳在线实时长度。实验表明,此方法能有效解决打滑、磨损等问题,同时改进的Harris角点算法能准确的进行图像匹配来间接测量实时长度。
A non-contact length measurement method of the line structured laser of the online wirerope is proposed in response to the disadvantages of the skid and abrasion of the traditional contact length measurement. The method indirectly calculates the real-time length of the online wirerope by analyzing and processing the images of the changing line structured laser projected onto the surface of the online wirerope in the use of the laser imaging system technology,the machine vision inspection technology and the digital image processing technology. Through the improved Harris corner algorithm in image matching,indirect access to online real-time motion rope length. The experiments indicate that the method has the advantage of high accuracy and can highly overcome the disadvantages of the skid and abrasion of the contact in length measurement.
