摘要
构建适用于评价半导体激光治疗老年膝骨关节炎的护理质量控制指标体系。通过文献综述法、深度访谈法以及德尔菲法对指标体系进行筛选,采用层次分析法确定指标权重。拟定出包括仪器使用与管理、治疗操作规范、病人健康教育指导3个一级指标、7个二级指标和22个三级指标所构成的半导体激光治疗老年膝骨关节炎的护理质量控制指标体系。所构建的半导体激光治疗老年膝骨关节炎的护理质量控制指标体系科学可靠,对半导体激光治疗技术的护理质量控制具有指导作用。
To development of a set of nursing quality control index system for semiconductor laser therapy in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis. Literature review,depth interview and Delphi method were employed to screen the index system. The Analytical Hierarchy Process was used to identify the weights of indexes. A set of nursing quality control index system for semiconductor laser therapy in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis was established,which included 3 first-level indexes,including instrument administration and use,therapeutic procedure and patient health education,and 7 second-level indexes,as well as 22 third-level indexes. The nursing quality control index system for semiconductor laser therapy in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis is reliable and can provide a scientific and effective tool for the nursing quality control of semiconductor laser therapy.
