摘要
目的评价螺旋CT扫描对直肠癌术前诊断、分期的价值。方法回顾性分析41例经手术病理诊断为直肠癌的CT表现,评价CT在直肠癌术前诊断和分期中的价值。结果螺旋CT术前对直肠癌分期准确率为89.5%,其中T分期准确率为87.8%;N分期准确率为92.6%。结论螺旋CT对直肠癌术前分期与病理分期有良好的一致性,值得推广。
Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of Multisection Spiral CT(MSCT) on rectal cancer.Methods: The CT data of 41 patients with rectal cancers proved by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results: The overall accuracy rate of preoperative staging by MSCT was 89.5 %,the accuracy rates of T staging and N staging were 87.8% and 92.6% respectively.Conclusions: There is a good consistency between preoperative staging by MSCT and postoperative pathological staging.MSCT,play a significant role in the preoperative staging of colorectal carcinoma,is useful to detect theserosal infiltration,is worth popularizing.
