摘要
目的评价乌司他丁联合血必净注射液治疗脓毒症的有效性和安全性,以及比单用血必净注射液治疗脓毒症的优越性。方法将50例出现脓毒血症的患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组25例,对照组患者给予抗生素、血必净注射液50 mL,静脉滴注,1次/12 h,对症及常规营养支持治疗,如病情需要可予脏器代替治疗,包括使用呼吸机和/或血液透析H试验组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用乌司他丁60万U,静脉滴注,1次/12 h,连用10 d。结果对照组患者的病死率为44%,试验组为12%,两组患者病死率间差别有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论加用乌司他丁可降低脓毒血症的病死率,在脓毒症的治疗中应有良好前景。
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the ulinastatin Combine Xuebijingin in the treatment of sepsis,and the superiority than the single-use Xuebijing injection.Methods:Thirty sepsis patients were divided into the test group and the comparison group,each of 15 patients,and the comparison group was treated by antibiotics 、xuebijing 50 ml,ivd,q12h;symptomatic treatment and conventional nutritional support,and if the patients need,they can be given organ replacement therapy,including the use of respiratory machine and / or hemodialysis;the test group,on the basis of the comparison group,was plus treated ulinastatin 600,000 U,ivd,q12h,10 days.Resluts:The mortality of the test group was 33.3%,the comparison group was 20%,it had a significant difference between the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion:The ulinastatin be plus used can reduce the mortality of sepsis,it would have a good prospects in the treatment of sepsis.
