摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定皮康净乳膏中醋酸氟轻松和丹皮酚含量的方法。方法采用十八烷基键合硅胶色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(65∶35)为流动相,流速:1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长:240 nm。结果醋酸氟轻松和丹皮酚的线性范围分别为0.2064~2.2704μg(r=0.9999)和0.0808~0.8888μg(r=0.9999)。平均回收率分别为99.34%、98.96%,RSD分别为1.24%、2.04%(n=9)。结论本方法简单、迅速、可靠。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of fluocinolone acetonide and paeonol in Pikangjing cream. Methods Diamonsil C18column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used as the stationary phase while the mixture of methanol-water( 65∶ 35) served as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min-1. The detection wavelength was 240 nm. Results There was a linear relationship within the range of 0. 2064-2. 2704 μg( r =0. 9999) and 0. 0808-0. 8888 μg( r = 0. 9999),respectively. The average recovery was 99. 34%( RSD = 1. 24%,n = 9),and 98. 96%( RSD = 2. 04 %,n = 9),respectively. Conclusion This method is simple,quick and reliable.
