摘要
身管自身的固有频率和振型是身管长度(口径倍数)设计必须考虑的因素之一。仿真分析不同口径倍数对身管固有频率和振型的影响情况,以及各阶次固有频率下对身管垂向位移的影响情况,仿真得出身管口径倍数在45~70倍时的固有振动参数,对身管是否附加炮口制退器给出建议。研究结果对身管口径倍数设计具有参考作用。
The barrel’s natural frequency and mode of vibration are one of factors to design the length of barrel.It was analysed based on simulation that different multiple-caliber-length barrel had influence on its natural frequency and mode of vibration,and also the muzzle displacement was affected by different class natural frequency.Some natural vibration parameters were studied by simulation between 45-caliber-length and 70-caliber-length barrel.It was suggested whether the muzzle brake could be designed or not.The conclusions have some reference effects on barrel’s multiple-caliber-length design.
