摘要
随着船舶自动化水平越来越高,船舶控制室也集成了越来越多的自动化设备,同时由于船舶船体非常狭窄,因而一旦发生火灾就会引发严重后果,对于船舶控制室的火灾监控具有非常重要的意义。本文对控制室火灾成因进行分析,研究了火灾监测原理,最后提出了一种基于机器视觉技术的船舶控制室火灾监控系统,详细设计了系统的软件工作流程和滤波算法等,系统结构简单,对控制室火灾的监控能够克服船舶航行时的严苛环境,稳定性好,准确性高。
As the level of ship automation is higher and higher, more and more automatic equipment is integrated in the ship control room. At the same time, as the ship’s hull is very narrow, serious consequences will be caused once a fire occurs, which is of great significance for the fire monitoring of the ship control room. In this paper, the control room fire causes are analyzed, and studied the principle of fire detection, finally put forward a kind of ship control room fire monitoring system based on machine vision technology, the detailed design of the system software working process and filter, etc., the system structure is simple, the control room fire monitoring can overcome the harsh environment of navigation of ships, good stability and high accuracy.
