摘要
为使起重船满足港口装卸货巨大吞吐量的要求,越来越需要其具有快速、灵活、智能、精准的作业能力,以及更高的安全性与可靠性,本文着重研究了PLC与变频器技术在起重船控制系统中的应用。本文首先分析PLC技术与变频器技术各自优势,然后将两者结合起来对起重船控制系统进行设计。提出起重船整个控制系统方案,并给出了变频调速系统的控制逻辑,最后设计控制系统的PLC程序运行框图。本文研究的实际结果证实PLC+变频器的控制方式不仅最大化地集成了硬件系统电路,提高监控系统的自动化程度,而且极大地提高了起重船控制系统的精准度与稳定性。
In order to make floating crane satisfy the requirement of huge throughput of port cargo,it's more and more important to make the floating crane to have rapid,flexible,intelligent,precise operation ability and higher safety and reliability,this paper emphatically studies PLC and converter technique applied in the control system of floating crane. This paper first analyzes their advantages of PLC and converter technique and then designs the control system of floating crane by combining this two techniques. The whole control system scheme of the floating crane is put forward,and the control logic of variable frequency speed control system is presented,finally the PLC program operational block is designed.In this paper the actual result demonstrates that the control method of the PLC & converter not only integrates of the hardware system circuit to an extreme,improves the automation degree of monitoring system,but also greatly enhances the accuracy and stability of the control system of floating crane.
