摘要
由于使用功能和建筑平面布置要求,某职业技术教育中心圆形平面体育馆采用非均匀柱网布置,这使得屋面双层球面网壳结构的网格划分与一般情况不同。通过有限元分析,研究了双层球面网壳结构不同网格划分方式对网壳结构受力性能和用钢量的影响。结果表明,采用橡胶支座水平方向支座反力只有固定支座的1/14,构件最大压力只有固定支座时的62%;环向网格均匀划分和不均匀划分的网壳内力和用钢量相差不多,但网格均匀划分的网壳杆件种类要比网格不均匀划分少一半。
Because of service functions and architecture plain layout requirements,the non-uniform column arrangement are used in the circle plane gymnasium of a vocational and technical education center,which makes the grid division of the double spherical reticulated shell roof structure different as usual. Through the finite element analysis,influence of different grid partition on mechanical performance and steel amount of the double layer spherical reticulated shell structure was studied. The results show that the horizontal reaction for the rubber bearing is only 1/14 that for the fixed support,member maximum pressure for the rubber bearing is only 62% that for the fixed support. Compared uniform grid division with non-uniform grid division in the circumferential direction,the reticulated shell internal force and steel quantity of two divisions are almost equal,but the member types of the reticulated shell for the uniform grid division is half less than that for the non-uniform grid division.
