摘要
采用通用有限元软件ABAQUS,应用标准升温曲线,基于不同温度下的材料特性,对不同荷载比、不同保护层厚度、不同梁高三种因素作用下共48种工况的钢筋混凝土简支梁进行耐火性能分析。首先采用DC1D2单元和DC3D8单元进行标准升温曲线下的传热分析获取混凝土梁的温度场,然后在此温度场作用下采用T3D2和C3D8单元进行力学分析。分析结果表明:荷载比对钢筋混凝土简支梁耐火性能有较大影响,保护层厚度对耐火性能有一定影响,梁高对耐火性能影响较小。
Finite element software Abaqus was used. Based on standard temperature curve and material properties at different temperatures,we conduct the refractory performance analysis of reinforced concrete simply supported beams under48 different conditions with different load,different thickness of the protective layer and different beam death. First,the temperature field of concrete beam is obtained through heat transfer analysis of standard heating curve based on DC1 D2 cell and DC3 D8 cell. Then,T3 D2 and C3 D8 elements are used for mechanical analysis under this temperature field. The analysis results show that the load ratio has a great influence on the fire resistance of the reinforced concrete simply supported beam,the thickness of the protective layer has a certain effect on the fire resistance,and the effect of beam death is not obvious.
