摘要
目的 了解家庭环境对儿童行为问题发生的影响。方法 采用Achenbach儿童行为量表 (CBCL)和家庭环境量表中文版 (FES-CV)对苏州地区一~六年级小学生 2 1 87名的行为问题及其家庭环境进行调查 ,用SPSS软件包统计分析。结果 男生行为问题的发生与其家庭环境的亲密度、情感表达、矛盾性、知识性、娱乐性、组织性、控制性的相关性有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;女生行为问题的发生与其家庭环境的亲密度、情感表达、矛盾性、成功性、知识性、娱乐性的相关性有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1 )。Logistic回归分析发现家庭环境的高亲密度会降低男性儿童 5个行为问题的发生率 ,高矛盾性会增加小学男生 4个行为问题的发生率 ;女生家庭环境的高亲密度会降低 5个行为问题的发生率 ,高矛盾性会增加小学女生 5个行为问题的发生率 ,且均有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 家庭环境对小学生行为问题的发生有重要影响 。
Objective To probe into the effects of family psyche environment factors on behavior problems in children. Methods Family psyche environments and behavior problems were investigated among 2 187 children in 1~6 grades with Family Environment Scale and Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist. Data were analyzed by SPSS software package.Results The scores in cohesion, expressiveness, achievement orientation and intellectual-culture orientation in Family Environment Scale for children with behavior problems were lower than those for controls ( P <0.05), while score in conflict for children with behavior problems was higher than that for controls ( P <0.05). Scores in interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoid ideation, psychoticism and total scale scores for the parents of children with behavior problems were higher than those for controls ( P <0.05). Conclusions The family psyche environments have great effects on behavior problems of children, and the importance of family environments must gain increasing attention.
