摘要
目的 :研究CNTF对a -受体的调节作用及它对靶器官营养作用的机理。方法 :将CNTF注入到实验侧面神经端侧吻合模型的吻合口处 ,对照侧用生理盐水。术后 4周 ,用RT -PCR方法检测靶器官中a -受体mRNA的表达情况 ,分析泳结果电。结果 :CNTF作用侧靶器官中a -受体mRNA表达明显增高 ,肌肉萎缩不明显。对照侧a-受体mRNA表达不明显 ,肌肉萎缩较重 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :CNTF对靶器官中a -受体有明显上调作用 ,形成的可溶性的复合物 。
Objective:To study of the role of CNTF in regulation of a- receptor and neurotrophic mechanism on targeted muscle.Methods:The experimental side of the facial nerve of the end-to-side neurorrhaphy model was delivered with CNTF,the control side with normal saline. Four week after operation,the expression of a- receptor mRNA was measured by RT-PCR method in targeted muscle.Results:the expression of a- receptor mRNA in the experimental side wes higher than in the control side,musclar atrophy was weak positive.Conclusions:CNTF can regulate expression of a- receptor in targeted muscle,CNTF and a- receptor form soluble combination, this combination acts as important neurotrophic role in targeted muscle.
