摘要
目的 为落实艾滋病 (AIDS)美沙酮社区维持治疗的试点工作 ,探讨今后切合实际的工作策略。方法 总结分析在美沙酮社区维持治疗试点前期工作所遇到的问题和难点 ,并提出相应的对策和策略。结果 在美沙酮社区维持治疗的试点地区 ,人们对AIDS的流行形势认识不够 ,对海洛因成瘾者进行美沙酮维持治疗疑虑重重 ,多部门合作的机制还未完全建立。结论 应强化中国AIDS防治的宣传教育 ,转变观念 ,尽快出台相关的配套政策 。
Objective To explore practical strategies for better implementation of methadone maintenance treatment(MMT)in the Chinese community.Methods Based on a summary of the problems and obstacles encountered in the pilot research site for national MMT,the existing situation was analyzed and the potential countermeasures and strategies were discussed. Results People lack pertinent information about the HIV/AIDS epidemic,and are vevy apprehensive and suspicious of in with the Chinese community. So far,the mechanism of multi-sectoral cooperation has not been established.Conclusion It is an urgent task to strengthen HIV/AIDS health education and information on MMT must be circulated throughout the community to change people's attitude to drug addcition. Supplemental policies and technical guidelines should be formulated to improve and sustain the development of MMT in the Chinese community.
