摘要
进行了以水和羧甲基纤维素为模拟介质 ,在不同操作条件下热管生物反应器内单相流、两相流温度场的研究。实验表明热管生物反应器具有良好的等温性能 ,消除了传统生物反应器中温度差异大对反应的不良影响 。
The temperature field of single-phase and two-phase media in a heat pipe bioreactor under different operation conditions are studied with H2O and CMC as the simulative media. Results proves that the heat pipe bioreactor has isotemperature properties under the generic ferment operation, and has no disadvantages of variance of temperature distribution for reaction in traditional bioreactors. The study also provides some basic data for the establishment of mathematic model and the magnification of heat pipe bioreactors.
