摘要
目的 :观察关节镜下结合关节囊外骨钻孔治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法 :自 1 996年 2月～ 2 0 0 0年 8月对 74例 (82膝 )膝骨关节炎患者随机分组进行膝关节镜下清理术 (A组 )和膝关节镜下清理术结合关节囊外骨钻孔 (B组 )两种方法治疗 ,术后随访 1～ 3年 ,采用相关标准记分以确定两组疗效并进行比较。结果 :两组疗效有显著性差别 (α<0 .0 5) ,B组疗效优于A组。结论 :膝关节镜下清理术结合关节囊外骨钻孔术是治疗膝骨关节炎较为理想的方法。
Objective:To observe clinic effect in treating osteoarthritis of the knee by combining arthroscopic debridements with drilling of bone outside the knee capsule.Methods:From Feb 1996 to Aug 2000 we treated 74 cases(82 knees) of osteoarthritis by arthroscopic debridements (group A) and combining arthroscopic debridements with drilling of bone outside the knee capsule(group B). All the cases were followed up for 1～3 years. We used scoring method according to correlated standard and compared curative effect of two groups. Result:The difference of curative effect of two groups is significant ( α <0.05).The Curative effect of group B is better than group A.Conclusion:Combining arthroscopic debridements with drilling of bone outside the knee capsule is an effective method for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.
