摘要
用浸渍法制备了添加稀土La、Y及碱土金属Ca助剂的Ni系催化剂,用于甲烷部分氧化制合成气反应,结果表明同时添加适量的La,Y及碱土金属Ca助剂能明显提高Ni/α Al2O3催化剂的催化活性和热稳定性。500小时寿命实验表明,12%Ni+30%+3%Ln/α Al2O3(w/w)的活性保持稳定。XPS结果显示还原后和反应后的样品均存在Ni0,Ni0是催化剂的活性组分;Ca和Y的相互作用导致Y2O3向催化剂表面迁移。
Partial oxidation of methane to syngas over Ni/αAl2O3 Catalysts of coadded La,Y and Ca promoters were studied in a continuousflow fixedbed reactor.The results demonstrated that the coaddition of La,Y and Ca promoters into Ni/αAl2O3 improved remarkably the activity and thermal stability of the catalysts.Based on these results of XPS,we concluded that the reduced Ni is active site of the reaction.During the life time test of 500 h,the activity of 12wt% Ni+3wt%Ca+3wt%Ln/α-Al2O3 mainitain unchanged.The XPS result also indicated that there was an interaction between Ca and Y in the catalysts,which led the Y2O3 migration to the surface of the catalysts.
