摘要
结合油田目前加药工艺 ,开发出一种简单、方便、安全、节能、运行可靠的油井连续加药配套装置。通过现场试验 ,有效地从源头控制了生产系统的腐蚀速率 ,腐蚀速率从 0 12 72mm/a降至 0 0 4746mm/a ,达到部颁标准 。
In combination with current oilfield dosing process , a matching unit is developed for continuous dosing of easy use , prompt, safety, energy saving and reliable operation. Corrosion rate of the production system is effectively controlled from the source through field testing and reduced from 0.1272mm/a to 0.04746mm/a, which is consistent with departmental standard. The problem of paraffin removal is properly resolved.
