摘要
用液晶聚合物 (L CP)作增容剂 ,采用熔融插层法制备了 PA10 10 /滑石粉 (FCP)杂化材料。用广角 X射线衍射、小角 X射线散射、DSC和 TGA研究了液晶聚合物对杂化材料的结构、结晶行为和热稳定性的影响。结果表明 ,LCP的增容作用使 PA10 10 / FCP杂化材料挤出时的粘度显著下降 ,从而降低加工温度 5℃左右。当 L CP质量分数为 3%、9%时对应杂化材料 H3、H9中滑石粉的层间距扩展为 4 0 .1nm和2 5 .2 nm。LCP的增容作用使 PA10 10能插层于滑石粉片层间 ,而其结晶行为基本未受影响 。
Liquid crystalline polymer/PA1010/French chalk hybrids were prepared by melt intercalation. Their structure and thermal behavior were studied with WAXD, SAXS, DSC and TGA. The results indicate that hybrid with 3 mass% LCP is facilitated to PA1010 being intercalated in the French chalk powder. The viscosity and extrusion temperature of hybrids containing LCP reduces evidently. The interlayer spacing of hybrids H 3 and H 9 are 40.1 nm and 25.12 nm, respectively.
