摘要
分析了马家沟矿选煤厂浮选生产的基本情况 ,论证了乳化浮选对该选煤厂的意义和适用性 ,阐述了浮选药剂乳化站的安装设计、施工和调试过程 ;项目实施后 ,浮选精煤回收率同比提高 1 .65 % ,吨煤药耗同比降低 2 5 %左右 ,全年经济效益超过 1 1 4× 1 0 6元。
Basic status of flotation operation at Majiagou Preparation Plant analyzed,meaning and suitability of emulsified flotation reagent at the Plant expounded;design,erection and debugging of the emulsifying station elaborated;performance after its operation being that recovery of flotation concentrate 1.65% higher,reagent consumption about 25% lower,and annual economic benefit over 1.14x10 6 Yuan.
