摘要
采用高纯石英玻璃粉、煅烧锆英粉、氧化铝为原料,热压铸法制备SiO2-ZrSiO4陶瓷型芯材料,通过对粉体粒度、微观组织、物相等研究,在1190℃х6h时获得材料的最佳使用性能,高温强度可达29.5MPa,高温挠度小于0.1mm,从而满足单晶高温合金空心叶片的浇注要求。
SiO2-ZrSiO4 ceramic cores materials with high pure quartz glass, calcined Zircon and Al2O3 powders were prepared by hot-pressure casting methods in this paper. The most optimal performances in 1190℃х6h were acquired by particle size distribution, micro-structure and phase analysis. High temperature bending strength reaches 29.5MPa, and high temperature anti-deformation is less than 0.1mm respectively. It can meet the demands of single crystal super-alloy hollow blades applications.
