摘要
本研究采用新鲜半月板,保持其活性进行移植,用于修复损伤退变的半月板。有12例患者在术后2年仍可见活性半月板组织。术后用HSS评分来评价,第1年得分高,超过175的占72%,4年后67%的患者评分仍然高于175,22%的人评分在100～175之间,11%的人评分低于100。短期的术后随访不足以得出正确结论,但目前尚未发现负面影响,对其能否取得功能上的远期疗效还需进一步探索。
Living active menisci were transplanted to recover injured retrograding menisci. The menisic tissues were still alive in the case of twelve patients who received the transplantation. 70% of the patient scored over 175 with HSS Scoring within the first year. So did 67% in four years. 22% scored between 100～175 and 11% below 100. Accurate conclusion cannot be drawn within a short period after the transplantation. Negative responses have not been found yet. Explorations must be made as to the longtime effects of functions of the transplanted menisic.
