摘要
研制出汽车用金属橡胶特种隔振环 ,对其基本性能进行了实验研究。并分析了改变金属橡胶元件的相对密度、振幅及工作载荷时 ,对特种金属橡胶隔振环性能的影响。通过实验获得了力与变形、固有频率与振幅、刚度与振幅、相对密度与刚度、相对密度与固有频率的关系曲线 ,并对实验结果进行了理论分析 ,为金属橡胶构件在汽车领域的广泛应用 。
The special metallic rubber vibration isolating ring employed in automobile has been developed. A testing study upon its basic function of the special metallic rubber vibration isolating ring was analyzed when there occured changes of relative density,amplitude of vibration and working load of the metallic rubber element. By mean of experiment the relationship curves between force and deformation,natural frequency and amplitude of vibration,stiffness and amplitude of vibration,relative density and rigidity and relative density and natural frequency have been obtained.Theoretic analysis was conducted upon the result of experiment,thus provided a foundation of theory and experiment for a wide-ranging application of metallic rubber component used in automobile field.
