摘要
为尽快改变我国经济快速发展过程中伴随的高能耗、高污染问题,需大力发展战略性新兴产业,尤其是重点发展战略性新兴产业集聚区。然而,不同类型战略性新兴产业集聚区彼此绝非独立存在,可以在多方面加强相互合作,实现协同发展。本文结合国内外学者在新兴产业集聚的发展路径、发展模式、发展趋势和空间布局等方面的研究成果,在对我国国家级战略性新兴产业集聚分布格局现状系统梳理的基础上,提出了我国战略性新兴产业集聚区协同发展的相关策略,包括:实行纵向沟通与横向沟通并重;自主创新和联合创新并举;自主发展与联合发展并存等。
In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption, high pollution process accompanied with the rapid development of China's economy as soon as possible, we need to vigorously develop strategic emerging industries, especially focus on the development of strategic emerging industry gathering area. However, different type of strategic emerging industry gathering areas are independent of each other, they can make achieve coordinated development by strengthening mutual cooperation in various aspects. This thesis first combines the research results of domestic and foreign scholars in the emerging industrial cluster development path, development model, development trend and spatial layout. Then proposed China's strategic emerging industry gathering area coordinated development strategies based on our national strategic emerging industries aggregated distribution pattern of systematic.The countermeasures including the implementation of vertical and horizontal communication, independent innovation and joint innovation, independent development and joint development together, etc.
