摘要
通过对酚醛树脂胶和阻燃酚醛树脂胶热重和微商热重分析、DSC分析结果的比较,对阻燃酚醛树脂胶的耐热性能作了研究。采用阻燃胶压制刨花板,对板子的阻燃和物理力学性能做了测试,并对制板工艺进行了优化。
Heat-resistant property of a fire-retardant phenol formaldehyde resin was studied through TG, DTG and DSC, and a comparison of the TG, DTG and DSC results between the fire-retardant PF resin and PF resin was made . Particleboard was prepared with the fire-retardant resin, and fire-retardant, physical and mechanic properties of the panel prepared were tested. Also, the parameters for preparing the panel were optimized.
