摘要
本文提出了一种测量光相位延迟的新方法 :四步相移法 ,在此原理基础上采用面阵CCD作为光强探测器 ,设计了一套同时测量待测样品通光面上各点的相位延迟和波片的方位角的测量系统 ,并较详细叙述了该系统的测量原理、系统结构、软件编制及测量结果。实验结果显示该系统用于波片相位延迟测量时其误差不大于 4% ,测量波片方位角时其误差不大于 2 %。
A new method to measure optical phase retardation named four-step phase shift method is presented.A two-dimensional measurement system base on this method using matrix CCD is developed.The system can be used to measure phase retardation of each dot on the transmission plane of the sample.It can also be used to measure direction angle of optical axis of wave plate.The principle.construction.software and measurement result of the system are described in this paper.The measurement result indicates that the error is less than 4% while measuring phase retardation of wave plate and the error is less than 2% while measuring direction angle of optical axis of wave plate.
