摘要
系统地介绍企业发展的国际竞争力要素,追踪企业全生命周期发展历程,阐述企业发展要经过从规划、设计、实施到维护多次轮回,是一个螺旋型的进化过程,较详细地探讨了企业发展与演化过程中所运用的企业建模、过程模拟、动态优化与过程运作等技术,并对企业文化的演化过程进行了分析,总结出科学技术进步是企业发展与演化的源动力。
This paper introduce factors of international competitive capability for enterprise development and evolvement.Tracing enterprise development processes with total lifecycle,it is presented that enterprises are usually developed in a spiral evolution process including planning,design,implement and maintenance.Also the paper discusses in details about the enterprise modeling,process simulation,dynamic optimization and process enactment,etc.,which are employed during enterprise development and enterprise culture evolution.It is concluded that scientific and technical advancement is the source of the enterprise development and evloution.
