简单介绍了国家自然科学基金重大研究计划———半导体集成化芯片系统基础研究的立项背景、2002年受理申请和评审概况,以及2003年申请指南。
In this article,we give a simple introduction about a major research plan of the fun-damental research on integrated system on-a-semiconductor-chip,which was organized by the NS-FC.The background of the setting up of the project,acceptance and access of project in2002,application guide in2003are introduced.
