摘要
从硫化物矿床的酸性矿坑水中分离和鉴定出细菌 Thio·ferrooxidans。实验研究表明,该细菌具有明显的浸金脱砷作用,脱砷率达 70%,最高达91%。在细菌作用下,砷以 As^(5+)形式存在于溶液中。实验为含砷金矿石的开发利用提供了微生物方法。
The bacterium Thio·ferrooxidans was separated from the acidicwater in sulphide mining pits and identified.Experiments on high arsenic goldores showed that the bacterium has a significant dearsenifying effect beneficialto gold leaching. In such experiments, gold ores containing 10.07%, 6. 83% and3.38% arsenium were treated separately by way of bacterial leaching, and thedearsenication rate were found about 70% even up to 91% as the highest. Ars-enium will existin the form of As^(5+) in solution unter microbial reaction. Theexperimental study provides a new bacteriological possibility to the exloitationof As-bearing gold ores.
