摘要
目的 探讨正常人电声门图 (EGG)曲线的特征。方法 采用Dr.Speech软件操作系统 ,对 142例正常国人进行了 浕 : 和 音EGG检测。结果 正常女性EGG曲线IV型出现率高于男性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;男性EGG曲线以Ⅱ型居多 ( 浕 : 音 47.2 2 % , 音 5 0 .0 0 % ) ;女性EGG曲线以Ⅰ型居多 ( 浕 : 音 42 .86% , 音 47.14% )。声样 浕 : 音比 音更有利于进行EGG检测 (P <0 .0 1)。基频的变化影响曲线的类型。结论 EGG曲线具有性别倾向 ,男女具有不同的特点 ;对于国人测试时选取声样 浕 : 较 更能真实地反映声带的振动情况 , 浕 : 音更有利于EGG测试 ;基频的增加能加快声带振动的关闭相 。
Objective To discuss the feature of EGG curves in normal adults.Methods 142 normal adults were examined by EGG with Dr. Speech software operating system.Results The EGG curves' IV type ratio was higher in female than in male ( P <0.005): the male EGG curves were mostly Ⅱ type (/ɑ:/ was 47.22%, // was 50.00% ) ; the female EGG curves were mostly Ⅰ type (/ɑ:/ was 42.86%; // was 47.14%). The vowel sample /ɑ:/ was more suitable for EGG examination than // for Chinese( P <0.01). The EGG curves' type were influenced by fundamental frequency. Conclusion The EGG curves show sex tendency and difference between male and female.The vowel sample /ɑ:/ is more actually reflecting the vibratory pattern of vocal cords than //and more suitable for EGG examination for Chinese.The increasing fundamental frequency increases the closing phase of vocal cords' vibration and change the EGG curves' type.
