摘要
本文采用电子探针显微分析(EPMA)方法研究了AgI-P_2O_5玻璃中银的迁移、结晶现象。在探针电子束的作用下,玻璃中的银离子向电子束轰击区迁移,并俘获电子成为金属银原子在电子束周围沉积并结晶,拍摄了银迁移动态过程的电子显微照片。
The phenomenon of Ag migration and crystallization in the AgI-P2O5 glass has been studied by means of EPMA. During the electron probe bombardment on the glass, the Ag cations migrate towards the electron probe, become metallic silver by capturing electrons, deposite and crystallize around the electron probe. Elec-tron micrographs have been taken during the dynamic process.
