动力髁部螺钉治疗股骨远端骨折 被引量:23

Dynamic condylar screw(DCS) in treatment of distal femoral fracture

摘要 目的报告应用动力髁部螺钉(DCS)治疗股骨远端骨折15例的体会。方法本组15例均采用DCS手术治疗,固定方法因骨折类型不同而异,手术后均辅以持续被动活动(continuouspassivemotion,CPM)。结果15例病人均获得随访,时间为6~12个月,骨折愈合良好,平均愈合时间3.1个月,膝关节功能按Merchan评分标准,优良率为13/15(86.7%)。结论DCS是治疗股骨远端骨折的良好方法之一,它具有固定可靠,有利于骨折愈合和膝关节功能的康复等优点。 Objective To report the clinical application of Dynamic Condylar Screw(DCS) in treatment of 15 cases of distal femoral fractures. Methods All cases of the distal femoral fractures were treated with DCS, and given different fixation according to different types of the fracture,and CPM was used after operation. Results All patients were followed up for a period from 6 months to 12 months.The excellent and good rate of functional recovery was 86.7%. Conclusions DCS is a good method to treat distal femoral fractures.
