摘要
地下水是山东水资源的主要组成部分,占目前省内可供利用淡水资源的61 3%。由于开发利用中缺乏水资源系统的全面优化调配及保护、防治措施,导致部分水资源破坏、环境恶化及地质灾害发生。笔者通过全省水资源系统基本情况和开发利用现状的全面分析研究,对地下水资源的开发与保护,从合理开发利用;保护与防治;勘察评价研究,监督管理四个方面论述。旨在唤起全社会对水资源的爱惜和保护,实现地下水资源的开发与生态环境协调一致和全省水资源系统的优化开发,促进全省社会经济的持续稳定、快速发展。
Groundwater resource is the major water resource in Shangdong Province.It occupies 61\^3% of the fresh water that can be utilized.Now because the explorating process is unsuitable,the part of it has been destroied, the environment has been getting bad, geological hazard ahs occured.Based on the analysis and study on the groungwater resource condition,the authors discuss four problems on grownd water resource:exploration and utilization,protection and prevention,investigation and evaluation,supervision and managment.The aim of the paper is to arouse people to cherish and protect the water resources,and to make people realize the importance of the proper utilization of the groundwater in order to prompt the development of our province social economy.
