摘要
重用贤才辅政 ,是我国有史以来历代明君贤王的愿望。先秦时代 ,虽然还只是用贤的初始阶段 ,但执政者中的贤明者 ,却在选贤任能、唯贤是举、知人察贤和宽怀用贤等方面进行了多方面的实践 ,并在实践中总结出了一些值得今人借鉴的经验和教训。
The wish of wise and able emperors in all the dynasties in our history was to put worthy men in an important position to assist them in governing.Though talented men began to be appointed in the early Qin Dynasty, many wise and able emperors in power did a lot in choosing and recommending the virtuous and talented men carefully, in appointing them boldly There was much experience and many lessons summed up Those have been made use of up to now
