                    杂环偶氮邻苯甲酸染料是近年来新报道的一类高灵敏金属显色剂.石附朋典等首次合成并报道了这类显色剂之一的2-(2-噻唑偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸(TAMB).并将该试剂用作EDTA滴定中的指示剂.Furukawa曾研究了TAMB与钴、镍、铜、铁等离子的显色反应. 本文简化并改进了试剂的合成方法,详细地研究了在非离子表面活性剂存在下TAMB与钴的胶束增敏显色反应.
                
                The micellar color reaction of cobalt with 2-(2-thiazolylazo)-5-dimethylaminobenzoic acid(TAMB) in the presence of nonionic surfactant has been investigated. The pH range for the complex formation is within 3.8-5.8, and the complex formed is stable in 2 mol·dm^(-3) hydrochloric acid medium. The complex shows an absorption maximum at 668nm with apparent molar absorptivity of 1.22×10~5dm^3·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). The Beer's law is obeyed up to 10.0μg cobalt in 25mL volume. The ratio of Co:TAMB in the complex is found to be 1:3 by different methods, and the oxidation number of cobalt ions in complex is Co^(3+). The L→M electronic transition of the complex has been proved.
