摘要
开展第三次全国国土调查,掌握耕地、水流、森林、山岭、草原、荒地、滩涂等各类自然资源范围内土地利用状况,是贯彻落实中央生态文明体制改革战略,夯实自然资源调查基础和推进统一确权登记的重要措施。结合三调的前沿技术,提出了相关建议,有利于成果的共享应用。
The third national land investigation(hereinafter referred to as'Tri-Investigation')is intended to know well the land use situation in the areas of cultivated land,water flow,forests,mountains,grasslands,wasteland,beaches and other natural resources.It is an important measure to implement the reform strategy of the Central Ecological Civilization System,consolidate the basis of Natural Resources Survey and promote the unified right registration.This paper puts forward some suggestions for better sharing of the achievements of the'Tri-Investigation'.
