摘要
近年来,外语教学中注重学生跨文化交际能力培养的观点已得到认同。跨文化交际本身就包含着双向沟通,我们学习外语"引进来"的同时更应该"走出去"。但是,在外语教学中我们过分重视西方文化却忽视了自己的文化,导致学生在跨文化交际中不会用外语来表达中国文化,出现本族文化失语的现象。为应对这一现象,可开设一些的中国文化英语课程,外语教材中增加本土文化内容,提高外语教师的中国文化素养。
The view of forstering students’intercultural communication ability in English teaching has been accepted in recent years. Intercultural communication means two-way communication;therefore we should not only bring in other countries’culture but also spread our own culture. However, we overvalue western culture and neglect national culure. As a result, students don’t know how to express national culture in intercultural communication. To cope this problem we can set more Chinese culture curric?ulum in English, add more national culture in English materials and try to improve culture skill of English teachers.
