摘要
为了研究玄武岩纤维和橡胶粒对混凝土抗冻性能的影响,进行了纤维混凝土、橡胶混凝土和纤维橡胶混凝土的抗冻试验和压汞试验,分析掺纤维、橡胶粒和混掺二者混凝土的抗冻性能、孔结构及孔结构与抗冻性能的关系。结果表明,掺入玄武岩纤维、橡胶粒能提高混凝土的抗冻性能,混掺二者混凝土抗冻性能更佳;掺入纤维和橡胶粒能够细化混凝土的孔径分布,增加孔隙结构的复杂性,混凝土的抗冻性能显著提高。
In order to probe into the influence of basalt fiber and rubber particle on anti-frost property of concrete, anti-freezing and mercury injection tests on fiber concrete, rubber concrete and fiber-rubber concrete are conducted respectively. The analysis of anti-frost property of the three subjects and the relationship between pore structure and anti-frost property reveals that the property can be improved by adding basalt fiber or rubber particles, and the property is better if the mixture is added to the concrete. Meanwhile, the blending of fiber and rubber particles can refine the distribution of pore diameter, increase complexity of pore structure and remarkably improve the anti-frost property of concrete.
