摘要
苏区精神源自于"马克思列宁主义著作没有给出现成答案"的历史境遇中开创"治国安邦伟大预演和局部执政重要尝试"的赣南等原中央苏区革命斗争实践,打造新时代科技创新"红色样板"熔铸于"中国特色社会主义进入新时代"的历史方位中矢志"把论文写在赣南的红土地上"的服务地方经济社会发展实践。从"秉纲而执本"的规律角度、"植根红土地"的历史维度、"进入新时代"的战略高度看,苏区精神与打造新时代科技创新"红色样板"蕴含着"和谐共生"的文化内涵、"又红又专"的精神禀赋、"创新引领"的时代价值,两者既是一个值得深入探讨和研究阐释的学术理论问题,也是一个富有时代感和现实意义的新课题。
The Soviet Area Spirit,originating from the revolutionary activities in the Central Soviet Area in 1930s,when the Party governance and partial executive administration were exercised while no ready answer was given in Marxist and Leninist works,is a trial in the social system reform in Gannan Area,while the "Red Model", set up in the technological innovation for the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,is a practice in the economic and social development of Gannan area.In the philosophical,historical and strategic view,both the Soviet Area Spirit and the "Red Model" are of the same cultural connotation,of the same natural spirit and of the same value of times.
