摘要
目的探讨和研究中西医结合治疗恢复期脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取120例恢复期脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规性西药治疗,观察组采取中西医结合治疗。结果对照组的治疗效果非常满意42例、良好2例、较差16例;观察组非常满意58例、良好1例、较差1例,观察组患者诊疗效果明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对恢复期脑梗死患者采用中西医结合治疗,对缓解患者的症状,提高患者的康复率,提升患者的生存质量具有重要的意义,值得在临床上进一步推广和采用。与此同时,利用脑电图对患者的症状进行观察,对于医护人员的有效诊疗具有积极的作用。
Objective to explore and research the clinical curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of convalescence of cerebral infarction.Methods from March 2014 to March 2014 in our hospital for treatment of 120 patients with convalescence cerebral infarction as the research object its randomly divided into control group and observation group,medical personnel to 60 patients in the control group treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group of 60 patients take the way of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,compare the treatment effect of the two groups of patients if there is a difference.Results patients in the control group treatment effect is very good in 42 cases,good in 2 cases,poor 16 cases;Observation group of patients treatment effect is very good in 58 cases,good in 1 case,less in 1 case,patients with diagnosis and treatment effect of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,compare the differences between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion in patients with convalescence cerebral infarction by combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,to alleviate the patient's symptoms,improve the recovery rate of patients,improving the quality of survival in patients with has the vital significance,is worth further promotion and use in clinic.At the same time,using electroencephalogram(eeg) to the patient's symptoms were observed,effective diagnosis and treatment for the medical staff have positive effects.
