摘要
农业技术的不断创新和农业高新技术产业化是农业持续发展的根本动力,农业高新技术产业化是实现农业系统持续发展的有力手段,农业高新技术产业化是解决当前农业发展现实矛盾的必然选择,农业高新技术产业化是我国全面启动新的农业技术革命、再次振兴农业和农村经济的重要途径。当前实现农业高新技术产业化存在农业高新技术供给不足、分布不合理、产业化动力缺乏、风险控制和化解能力弱、推广不得力等障碍,必需通过改革农业科研体制、建立投资和风险保障机制、健全农业推广体系、构建需求动力机制等措施来克服。
Constant techniqucal innovation an d industralization of agricultural hitech are the fundamental driving f orce of the sustainable agricultural development.The industralization of a gricultural hitech is the powerful means of accoom-plishing the sustainable agricultu ral development,the necessary choice to solve the present realistic con tradiction in a-gricultural development as well as t he important way to boost agricultur e and rural economics again.Now,in a ccomplishing the industralization of agricultur al hitech,there exist such obstructions as the inadequacy and the irrati onal distribution of hitech,the lack of the industraliza tion force,the insufficient abilit y to control and remove the hazard,th e slow popular-ization,etc,which must be overcome by the following methods:reforming the system of agricultural scientif ic research,esablishing the guarantee system of investment and risk,perfecting agricultural spreading system,and sta bilishing the motive -force system.[
