摘要
零余子的现代研究存在以下不足:①文献中关于零余子的研究大都集中在零余子的播种、繁殖、栽培等方面,关于零余子药理药效方面的研究基本处于起步期,动物实验也较为简单,研究不够深入、系统、全面,对仅有的几种药理作用并没有明确作用机制及具体作用的靶点;②当前并没有以零余子为组方的中成药,且具体临床疗效仅限于古籍记载,现代临床应用的报道稀少,并没有完全将零余子真正纳入临床应用;③目前学者对于与零余子同根生的山药研究相对广泛,涉及抗氧化、降血糖、调节免疫功能、抗肝损伤、抗病毒等众多方面,但关于零余子的研究仅停留在降血糖、抗疲劳、抗氧化这几方面,其他方面的现代研究近乎空白,应开展零余子多种功效的现代研究,扩大零余子的应用范围;④零余子的抗氧化作用仅限于体外化学实验,应补充动物药理实验以证明零余子的具体功效,从而为零余子的临床应用提供科学支撑。
The modern research of bulbil has the following shortcomings:(1)In the literature,the research on bulbil mostly focuses on seeding,reproduction and cultivation. The research on pharmacological and pharmacological effects of bulbil is basically in its infancy. Animal experiments are relatively simple,and the research is not deep,systematic and comprehensive enough. There is no clear mechanism and specific targets for the only pharmacological effects.(2)At present,there is no Chinese patent medicine with bulbil as its prescription,and the specific clinical efficacy is limited to ancient records. The reports of modern clinical application are scarce,and bulbil is not really included in clinical application.(3)At present,scholars have relatively extensive research on yam which is the same root of bulbil,involving antioxidant,diabetes,immunity,liver injury,gastrointestinal tract,anemia,antiviral and many other aspects. However,the research on bulbil only stays in hypoglycemic,anti-fatigue,antioxidant aspects. Modern research on other aspects is almost blank,so we should carry out modern research on other functions of bulbil to enlarge the application scope of bulbil.(4)The antioxidant effect of bulbil is limited to in vitro chemical experiments. Animal pharmacological experiments should be supplemented to prove its specific efficacy in these aspects,so as to provide scientific support for clinical application of bulbil.
