摘要
孟河名医丁甘仁对内伤杂病治疗颇有心得,在治疗咳嗽方面尤有丰富的经验。通过分析《丁甘仁医案》中关于咳嗽的医案,整理出丁甘仁及其门人治疗咳嗽的13种分类:祛风化痰法、祛风清宣法、清燥宣肺法、开肺清音法、清热补肺法、平肝肃肺法、肃肺降气法、降气纳气法、温润辛金法、温药和解法、扶土化痰法、培土生金法、补肾健脾法,并进一步总结其治疗咳嗽的临床特点和经验。
DING Gan-ren,a famous doctor of Menghe,has a lot of experience in the treatment of internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases,especially in the treatment of cough.Based on the analysis of The Medical Case of DING Gan-ren,thirteen types of treating cough were sorted out:expel wind and transform phlegm,expel wind and clear the lungs,clear and dry dampness and diffuse lungs,open the lungs and clear voice,clear heat and tonify the lungs,pacify liver and clear the lungs,clarify the lungs and reverse Qi,reverse Qi and grasp Qi,warm and moisten the lungs,warm and harmonize,nourish spleen and transform phlegm,tonify spleen and strengthen the lungs,and nourish kidneys and strengthen spleen,to further summarize the clinical characteristics and experience of DING Gan-ren in the treatment of cough.
