摘要
通过CCD相机提取防水密封垫的图像,对图像进行处理可以得到防水密封垫的尺寸信息,从而检测密封垫尺寸的生产质量。本文讨论了如何对密封垫进行图像处理,并对实际厂家生产的密封垫尺寸进行了检测分析。
Through the image extraction of the waterproof seal gasket by CCD camera, the image is processed to getthe size information of waterproof seal gasket, and thus inspect the production quality of waterproof seal gasket size.This article discussed how to conduct image processing for waterproof seal gasket, and the size of waterproof seal gas-ket produced by actual manufacturer were tested and analyzed.
