摘要
公共博物馆自其诞生之日起,就脱离不了与人、与社会的紧密关系。国际博物馆协会第22届全体大会以'博物馆致力于社会和谐'为主题,突出展现了博物馆服务于社会的宗旨。中国区域博物馆专业委员会是国际博物馆协会的重要组成部分,自其成立之日起,就以'加强区域博物馆内外之间的交流与合作,强化博物馆在促进社会发展中的作用'为宗旨,践行'为社会及其发展服务'的职责。湖南省博物馆作为中国区域博物馆的重要一员,长期以来,着力构建新型博物馆文化生态,立足湖湘,向世界展示及传播中华民族灿烂文化,提供优质的公共文化产品及服务,以此促进文化大发展大繁荣,为构建和谐社会贡献力量。
Public museums,since the day when they came into existence,have never been able to be separated from their close relationships with people and society.The 22nd ICOM Conference takes"Museums and Social Harmony"as its theme to bring into dominance the spirit of museums serving the society.The Chinese Regional Museum Professional Committee,since its establishment,has followed the guideline of"strengthening the exchange and cooperation between regional museums and enhancing the function of museums in promoting social development".Hunan Provincial Museum has long been striving for the creation of a new type of museum cultural ecology,the display and spread of the brilliant Chinese national culture,and the provision of highquality public cultural products and services so as to promote the great development and prosperity of culture and make its contribution to the construction of a harmonious society.
