摘要
随着建筑行业的不断发展,建筑物的沉降问题越来越成为地基基础方面的一大问题。海口市某建筑物自施工至封顶过程中即出现较大的沉降问题,且地基变形也尚未有稳定的趋势。本文对其沉降原因进行分析,并提出采用钢管桩进行止沉加固,从而阻止其沉降的继续增大。对沉降的观测表明本次的加固方法是可行有效的。
With the development of the construction industry, the settlement of buildings is becoming a major problem in the ground foundation.A building in Haikou had a big settlement problem since the construction to the top, and the ground deformation doesn't have the stable trend yet. In this paper, the reasons for the settlement will be analyzed, and the steel pipe pile will be used for the reinforcement to prevent the continued increase of settlement. The observation of settlement shows that this reinforcement method is feasible and effective.
